Issue linking is required for Easy Agile Programs

Easy Agile Programs uses issue links from Jira to visualize dependencies between issues. This helps teams see and manage sequencing problems before they happen.

Issue linking disabled error

Issue linking can be deactivated globally on a Jira site. This stops users from adding or viewing links between issues in Jira.

If issue linking is deactivated, the Easy Agile Programs app will fail to load. You’ll see an error message “Issue linking is currently disabled” on all app pages.

Resolution: A Jira Administrator activates issue linking on Jira Cloud or Jira Data Center.
