Date markers are a flexible way of representing milestones or events such as conferences/marketing releases.
Adding a milestone
To add a milestone to your roadmap, click ‘Markers’ then select ‘Add date marker’ in the pop-up modal.
Milestone length
You can set a milestone for:

a single date that will appear as a single vertical line through the roadmap
-
a period of time by adding an end-date
Rescheduling
A milestone can be rescheduled by drag & drop or by clicking on the milestone to bring up the pop-up modal.
Colours
The colours of date markers can be customised to differentiate between categories of events or milestones according to your company needs.
