Configuring Retrospective Board

Edit Column Titles

The retrospective board is created automatically with the following columns:

• Start - What should we start doing?

• Stop - What should we stop doing?

• Continue - What should we continue doing?

• Action - What actions can be taken?

The Start, Stop and Continue columns can be changed to desired headings if you would like to follow a different template for team retrospective.

To change the column headings and sub-headings, simply click on the heading and enter the required headings.

The changes made to retrospective boards are saved and the future boards will be created with the new headings and sub-headings.
