Can I trial Easy Agile Programs for free before purchasing it?

Easy Agile provides a fully functional version of Easy Agile Programs for 30 days.

A Jira Administrator is required to install the evaluation license.

Cloud

Jira Administrators can generate an evaluation license here, or by logging into your my.atlassian.com account and searching for Easy Agile Programs.

Once the trial period is over, you will be automatically charged in your next billing unless you manually deactivate via the Manage Apps page under the Jira Administration menu. Evaluation licenses can be extended using the process specified below.

Data Center

Jira Administrators can generate an evaluation license here, or by logging into your my.atlassian.com account and searching for Easy Agile Programs.

Once the trial period is over, you will no longer have access to the app and users will see an Unlicensed page. Evaluation licenses can be extended using the process specified below.

Server

As Atlassian are retiring their self-managed server offerings, Easy Agile Programs is no longer available to purchase or evaluate on Jira Server.

How do I extend my Easy Agile Programs trial?

Cloud

To extend an evaluation for Easy Agile Programs, you'll need to reach out to the Atlassian Customer Advocate team and complete this form.

Data Center

You can extend your evaluation license of Easy Agile Programs for Data Center here.

Server

As Atlassian are retiring their self-managed server offerings, evaluation licenses of on Jira Server can no longer be extended.

Why am I receiving the ‘You have reached the maximum number of Easy Agile Programs for Jira trial licenses’ message?

Atlassian allows customers to trial Data Center apps from the Marketplace for a total of 6 months before they require customers to purchase a commercial license.

Receiving this message means that you have reached that maximum amount of free trials for Easy Agile Programs, and are no longer eligible to use for the product for free.

To continue using Easy Agile Programs, you must purchase a commercial license here.

What is the "No Valid License Installed" error?

This solution can only be performed by Jira Administrators.

Navigate to the "Add-ons" tab under the Administration page.
Select "Manage Add-ons" from the list on the left of the page.
Click on the blue "Free Trial" button next to the Add-on experiencing the issue.
Follow the prompts on screen and accept the license terms and conditions.

If you need to extend an evaluation obtain a new evaluation license via your My Atlassian account.
