Navigating Easy Agile Programs
Easy Agile Programs uses several pages to show different views of your plans.
Learn how to use different pages to see and track your plans for your Program, Increment, and teams.
Programs and Increments
One Program contains a series of Increments. Each Increment is a time-boxed period on the roadmap made of a set of sprints.

Hierarchy in Easy Agile Programs
Easy Agile Programs shows 2-3 levels of hierarchy:
Team-level work (e.g. stories, tasks, bugs) in sprints
Roadmap-level work (e.g. epics)
(Optional) Third-level plans
Different levels are shown on different pages of the app.

The Program board page shows all three levels of the hierarchy.
Program list
Users with Manage Programs permission can see an index of all Programs on the Program list page.

Program roadmap
The Program roadmap page shows the high-level plans for your Program. All the Increments in the Program are shown on a timeline.
The page shows:
Milestones on the timeline
Dependencies as lines between items
Program board
The Program board page shows a holistic view of all the plans for one Increment. Here, you can see how all teams' work relates to each other and your shared goals.
This page shows all levels of the hierarchy configured for your Program:
Third-level plans (if configured)
Roadmap-level work in purple
Team-level work for each team board in the Program
Use the “Show team level issues” switch in the Filters menu to show/hide team-level plans.
Dependencies between all visible items are shown as color-coded lines. Open the Dependencies map to focus on dependency management.
Use the Program board for activities like:
Aligning on and committing to shared plans, including confidence voting
Identifying and managing risks and dependencies
Tracking progress and blockers, including in Scrum of Scrums
Team planning
The Team planning page focuses on one team’s plans for an Increment. Here, a team can make plans to execute the big goals for the Increment.
Each team board in a Program has a Team planning page for each Increment.
Plan story-level work from the backlog or synchronize sprints for scrum teams.
You can select additional teams to view and manage interdependent plans.
Use the Team planning page to:
Connect work from your team backlog to Objectives and to the big plans on the Increment roadmap.
Manage dependencies within the team and with other teams.
Estimate work and schedule according to sprint capacity.
Align and commit on plans, including a confidence vote.
