Does Easy Agile TeamRhythm get updates?
Yes, we’re regularly working on improvements to Easy Agile TeamRhythm. Check out our upcoming roadmap here.
All active app subscriptions/licenses are eligible for ongoing updates.
How do I update to get the latest features?
On Cloud, you’ll receive new updates immediately.
On Data Center, Jira Administrators can update the app on the Manage apps page in Jira.

Support for apps for Jira Server ended on February 15, 2024 as Atlassian retired their Server products.
If you’re still using the app on Jira Server, you can only install app updates that were released when your expired license was active. Check the release date and compatibility range of each version here.
e.g. If you had a Server app license until the last day of support on February 15, 2024, you can update to Easy Agile TeamRhythm v12.0.0.
Jira Administrators can update the app on the Manage apps page in Jira.

I’ve upgraded my Jira license tier. How does pricing work for upgrading my Easy Agile TeamRhythm license?
You can upgrade your Easy Agile TeamRhythm license tier to match your Jira license tier via the Atlassian upgrade form here.
Upgrade prices are based on Atlassian’s formula where the upgrade cost is calculated based upon the number of user tiers you’re upgrading to, plus the pro rata’d amount for the time remaining on the existing license.
