Previous Incomplete Retrospective Actions

Previous incomplete actions column is automatically displayed on the far left side in the retrospective board listing the incomplete action items from previous retrospective when starting a new sprint retrospective.

Show/Hide column - The column appears automatically and only if there are any outstanding actions from the previous retro
Actions status - The incomplete retro actions listed are the ones that were not ticked off or resolved from the list of actions in the previous retrospective board
Action types - The previous incomplete retro action items listed consider both non-Jira and Jira action types
Syncing across boards - Ticking off a retro action item on its home board should make it disappear from the previous retro action column on the following retro board
