Navigate to your Program
There are two ways to access Easy Agile Programs: from the top-level navigation bar, or from your team’s Jira board.
Jira global navigation
This option is only available for users with Manage Programs permission. The app will be in the “Boards” or “Apps” dropdown, depending on your Jira hosting.
This will open the “Program List” page.
On Jira Cloud, find Programs in the “Apps” section of the main navigation panel.
Jira Cloud navigation has recently changed. If you’re still seeing the old experience, you’ll find the “Apps” dropdown in the navigation bar at the top of the page.

Can’t see this option? You might be missing the Manage Programs permission.
The Program list

Navigate to a Program (on the “Program Roadmap” page) by clicking the name.
Navigate directly to a specific Increment (on the “Program Board” page) by clicking the Increment name.
On the Program List, you can also:
You can return to the Program list page at any time by clicking “Easy Agile Programs” in the top left.
If you don’t have Manage Programs permission, this link will take you to the help docs instead.
From your team’s Jira board
After a board is added as a Team board to a Program, you will be able to access the app from that board in Jira.
On Jira Cloud, Programs will be added to the project row:

On Jira Data Center, find Programs in the project sidebar on the left of the page.

If this board is the dedicated roadmap board for a Program (not a Team board), Programs won’t appear in the project bar.
If you’d like to see this functionality in the future, please let us know!
If your team board is in more than one Program, you’ll be asked to select the Program/Increment:

FAQs
[Jira Data Center only] Why don’t I see the “View all Programs” option in the Boards dropdown?
“View all Programs” in the Boards dropdown is only visible to users with Manage Programs or Jira Administrator permission.
If you don’t have this permission but you’re on a team board for a Program, you can navigate to the app from the Project sidebar (as described above).
