Invite everyone in your team to reflect and add their thoughts to the columns on the Review page.
If multiple people add cards about the same idea, that’s fine – you can group cards later.
Try setting up the Review page a few days before the session so team members can add ideas asynchronously whenever they come to mind!
Creating new cards

In the top left-hand corner, select a Review session to add your thoughts too.

Hover over any column to find the “Add item” button
Anonymously
Use the “Anonymous” checkbox to add a card without linking your account to it.
Your user data won’t be connected to the card, so you can add feedback without your name attached.
Editing cards
Click on the text of any Retrospective item or action item to edit it.
Deleting cards
Find the “Delete” button in the “…” menu or by right-clicking on an item.
Deleted cards cannot be recovered.
